No config file
There is no YAML to write and no model to pick. The only choices you make are which repos and when to top up.

Install the GitHub App
Scope it to the repos you choose. Start with one.
What you install
Skuggi is a GitHub App. You install it from the dashboard after signing in — pick an organization or account, then choose one repo (or more, when you are ready).
The free diagnostic runs first: a metadata-only scorecard of the repo. No review cell is spun up and no credit is spent.
What the app can see
On installed repos only: pull requests, the code needed to review a change, and enough repository context to rank findings and post a comment.
What it does not do
It does not merge for you. It does not touch repos you did not install. There is no model picker and no config file — the agent proposes; you decide.
Scope to a single repo
GitHub’s install flow lets you grant access to selected repositories. Start with one; add others later from the same app settings.

Your first review
Severity-ranked findings on the PR, usually under two minutes.
What lands on the PR
One structured comment: a short TL;DR with counts by severity, then each finding with file:line and a suggested fix.
Severity is the only hue on the page — three signals, nothing decorative:
- Critical — blocking issues worth fixing before merge.
- Warning — risky patterns that deserve a look.
- Suggestion — smaller wins you can take or leave.

How a review is priced
Each review debits prepaid credits. Bigger PRs cost more; small ones less. The dashboard shows an estimated “reviews left” range from your own history — a range, never a promise.
Balance and burn
The wallet shows credit balance and burn at a glance. Top up when you choose; credits do not expire.
At zero
When the wallet hits 0, the review queue pauses. Nothing runs that you have not paid for. Top up and the queue drains again.
Subscription vs credits
Pro is a flat monthly subscription for the whole team — unlimited users and repos, one agent included. Credits pay for the reviews themselves.

Review triggers
Automatic on every PR, or only when you ask.
Automatic
Default mode: Skuggi reviews every pull request on installed repos, usually in under two minutes. Findings post on the PR and in the dashboard.
Mention only
Prefer a quieter queue? Switch to mention-only. Reviews run when someone comments with a command — nothing automatic on open or push.

One setting
Switching between automatic and mention-only is a single dashboard setting per install. No YAML, no workflow file, no model picker.
Manual re-runs
In either mode you can re-run after new commits with @skuggi review. Ultrareview is the deeper second pass for large or high-risk PRs.

Which platforms does Skuggi support?
Skuggi is a native GitHub app, our focus for now. It installs on a repo in a couple of minutes and works where you already work. Other platforms will be supported soon.
How is the model chosen?
We pick the best model for each task via OpenRouter. You don't see it, you don't pick.
What does Skuggi read on my repos?
Only the repos you install it on. It uses PR and repository context to review changes and post findings. The agent proposes; the human decides what merges.
Can I try it without a card?
Yes. The first week is free, and your first diagnostic is free without a card.
